Come on down with your best mates, dad and brothers for a free yoga session and Q&A to celebrate Men’s Health Week, 12 Jun.

PROST! Inc. is joining other organisations to promote Men’s Health Week with our founding Physiotherapist Jo Milios running the session at The Yoga Vine, Ashton Chambers, Lower Ground Floor, 187 St George’s Terrace. Perth.

We are thrilled to be involved with this important promotion of Men’s Health, that aims  to help men and boys manage a healthy body both, physically, mentally and emotionally, in a busy and sometimes challenging world. The theme of the morning is “Healthy Mind, Healthy Body- Keeping the Balance”.

You’ll start with an invigorating, mindful yoga class then enjoy an informal Q+A with Perth’s leading mens health expert and physiotherapist Jo Milios, who has more than 20 years clinical experience and specialises in physical conditions unique to men. She works in tandem with Urologists, Sexual Health Physicians, Exercise Physiologists and Psychologists with an aim to restore better male health.

You will also enjoy a healthy breakfast compliments of our friends at Panache Cafe!
